Gingerbread Android platform might debut shortly

Black Friday might see a new iOS and the new Gingerbread Android OS. Nothing is entirely known. Nevertheless, Gingerbread is the all however confirmed name of Android 2.3, and Google just posted Twitter pictures of Android emblem shaped gingerbread cookies. Gingerbread Android beginning to be hear about

New versions of the Android OS are hotly awaited, just like Apple updates are. Froyo had been the Android 2.2 released in 2009 as probably the most recent Android OS. There had been an Android system before that. Éclair was the name. A release date has not been confirmed yet for the Gingerbread Android OS, but Google set the rumor mill turning when the Google Twitter page posted a picture of gingerbread cookies shaped like the Android logo. Video footage also showed that there is something new on the Google campus. The Android statue area, reports PC Magazine, has a new statue. Most OS for the smartphone features are unknown. There weren't any information released. The release date for Gingerbread isn’t known yet.

Nexus S seeing it release at the exact same time

The Nexus One sequel has been talked about for a when as the next generation of Google phones. The new Nexus phone, by HTC, or the Nexus S, is an eagerly awaited phone release. Daily Tech reports that the Android 2.3 will probably come on the phone. It isn’t confirmed yet, but it is entirely possible the Nexus S is going to be the first phone to come with Gingerbread standard. The quicker it releases, the better for Google.
Christmas fight for it

For retail, Christmas is a big time. In fact, that is where retail is most used. We don't know much about the Android Gingerbread OS and Nexus S. They are rumors still. Seems like like many may try to show down for Black Friday though with the release of iOS 4.2 coming soon.
