Gibson may have been dropped from The Hangover 2 thanks to Zach Galifianakis

Comic Zach Galifianakis might have been one of the chief architects of removing Mel Gibson from a cameo role in “The Hangover 2″. There were evidently numerous individuals involved within the production protesting. It appears that Galigianakis wasn’t a wolf pack of one on this one. Todd Phillips, the director, announced that Gibson would not be appearing in the film thanks to cast and crew protests. Scandals have followed Gibson over the past few years. His image has been tarnished as a result. The “Mel Gibson tapes” did a lot of damage to his profession.

Zach Galifianakis might have been in charge of “The Hangover 2″ demonstration by cast and crew including Gibson. ”The Hangover 2″ is a show where Galifianakis may be reprising his role. Fox News reports that even though there wasn’t much to be say, Galifianakis really does say that he had been in a “deep protest” with the newest movie. Support came with him evidently. Todd Phillips is the director of the film. He explained that Mel Gibson will no longer be within the movie. He was slated to appear as a tattoo artist, however the role will go to somebody else instead.

Exactly what the scandal stigma really does

Less people are willing to spend time with Mel Gibson socially or professionally after the scandals he’s been involved in within the last few years. The Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson tapes were a really bad one. This got him dropped from his talent agency even. Gibson stars in a movie titled “The Beaver,” which co-stars the film’s director Jodie Foster, based on The Guardian. There is no release date yet. Foster has been supportive of Gibson within the press. Previously she co-starred with Mel Gibson. “Maverick” had been this film.

Profession ending

It appears Mel Gibson’s profession has been dealt fatal blows by his off screen antics. Though a comeback is not impossible, it won’t likely be anytime soon. His career may not be something that can be fixed. The allegations of abuse and drunk driving have killed the career.
