New WoW horse: Celestial Steed in the Blizzard Store

wow3-240x176The newest World of Warcraft pet, the Celestial Steed, has been released. Depending on the mount skill you’ve, the Celestial Steed might be a land or air mount. At top speed, the Blizzard Store Celestial Steed will give you 310 percent speed. At $ 25, the Celestial Steed download costs about as much as no faxing payday loans.

Celestial Steed one of the Blizzard Store pets

The Celestial Steed was released today within the Blizzard Store Pet Store. A flying mount with “wings of pure elemental stardust,” originally, the Celestial Steed was available in the World of Warcraft game, but there was only a .5 percent chance a player would get it. Any World of Warcraft player who wants the Celestial Steed can now get it without waiting for that one-half of one percent chance. You’ve to have a battle.net account to activate the Celestial Steed. Each World of Warcraft license will require a separate Celestial Steed.

Is the Celestial Steed going to be making a donation?

The Celestial Steed joins a set of pets within the Blizzard Store. When the Pandaren Monk was released in 2009, the Blizzard Store donated 50 percent of all sales from the pet store to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The Pandaren Monk made over $ 1 million for the foundation. Blizzard Store hasn’t yet said if they will be making donations based on the Celestial Steed.

Player reactions to the Celestial Steed

The Celestial Steed is popular within the Blizzard Store, but not all WoW players are excited. On the World of Warcraft forums, many players are expressing disappointment with the Celestial Steed pet. Some players worry that the Blizzard Store is draining players of cash. Some worry World of Warcraft is beginning to force them into applying for payday loans no fax just to keep playing. Some players are happy the Blizzard Store is offering “low probability” items for sale instead.
